Wearing Rose Gold jewelry makes you feel like a princess…

…but wearing Rose Gold makeup makes me feel like a Goddess!

Today’s post features a rose gold eyeshadow look that is super glamorous. I also added a reverse winged eyeliner (which I’ll probably do a future post on) which levels up the look even further.

I chose to add a reddish-orange lip with Persimmon LipSense and finished it off with Glossy Gloss.

Keep scrolling to watch a video of the whole look!

RECREATE THE LOOK

Base Face

In this look, I am using Medium Color Correcting Tinted Moisturizer as my base layer. But if you prefer or need a fuller coverage, then you could use the MakeSense Foundation in your shade (contact me if you need help color matching).

ShadowSense for a Rose Gold Eyeshadow look

This rose gold eyeshadow look has a lot going on. It is a little bit smokey with an ombré gradient, topped with a glitter to add some glam, and finished with a reverse winged liner. A lot going on for sure, but so worth it for a great, dressed up evening look. Check out the video below for the full walkthrough.

How to Apply ShadowSense for an Ombré Rose Gold Eyeshadow Look

Step 1: Apply the medium shade as the base layer by dabbing a small amount of product on the outer corner of your lid and then blending inward with your finger all across the lid and up to your brow bone.

Step 2: Pull any excess product down and around to the bottom of your lid with a blending brush to add a smokey effect.

Step 3: Using the light shade, dab a small amount of product on the inside corner of your eye and blend to the middle of your lid with your finger.

Step 4: Pat the medium shade (the rose gold eyeshadow) all over your lid with the applicator wand or brush. Don’t go all the way up to your brow bone, just stay on the lid.

Step 5 (optional): Add a reverse winged liner with (see video below).

Add Mascara

The VolumeIntense Waterproof Mascara from SeneGence is one of my all time favorite products, because it grows your lashes while you wear it!

LipSense & Gloss

I chose to use Persimmon LipSense topped with Glossy Gloss for my lip color, but you try other colors as well. I would recommend using a warm toned color on your lips to stay consistent with the warm tone of the Rose Gold Eyeshadow.

How to Apply LipSense for Long Lasting Color:

Step 1: Clean your lips and dry thoroughly.

Step 2: Shake LipSense tube well.

Step 3: Open the tube and wipe off any excess product from the applicator wand.

Step 4: With your lips parted place the applicator on one corner of your bottom lip and use a sweeping motion to brush the product on all the way to the other corner. DO NOT sweep back and forth.

Step 5: Use the same technique to apply the product to your top lip.

***Allow lips to dry for 5-10 seconds in between coats***

Step 6: Repeat steps 4-5 two more times (3 coats on each lip).

Step 7: Apply gloss all over lips to set in your gorgeous new color! (Apply gloss as often as necessary)
